Collection: Mazerick : everydovealive

Mazerick is an interdisciplinary artist, published poet, musician and teacher of Creative Writing and Media Arts. Their work frames the body as a catalyst for transformation. Mazerick’s writing has been published in Red Rose Thorns online journal, The Fruitslice Magazine, featured by Birmingham Folk Fest, exhibited in broadside form along with work by environmental activists at The Crows Nest in Baltimore, MD, and as embroidery and book objects at Sumac Cottage in Greensboro, AL. Their ongoing project, Your Love For Humanity Will Be At Its Zenith, is a full length album about overcoming the personal demands and injunctions that prevent us from showing up authentically for connection in community. They hope to connect with others around how our actions can result in a more just and sustainable social fabric with dignity at the center.
