Class Policies
We’re so excited you’re interested in joining us for a class! To help things run smoothly and make sure everyone has a great experience, please take a moment to read through our policies below.
📝 Registration
- Advance registration is required for all classes. Spots are limited and tend to fill quickly.
- Your spot is confirmed once payment is received and you receive an email confirmation.
📆 Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made 7+ days before class will receive a full refund or credit.
- Cancellations made 3–6 days before class are eligible for a 50% credit toward a future class.
- Cancellations made less than 72 hours before class are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- If you are unable to attend, you’re welcome to send someone in your place - just let us know ahead of time.
🤒 Illness & Emergencies
- If you're feeling sick, please stay home - for your sake and everyone else's.
- Email us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to work with you.
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a class due to illness, weather, or emergency. In those cases, we’ll offer a full refund or credit.
📦 Supplies & Materials
- Most beginner classes include materials unless otherwise noted. Please read each class description carefully.
- If materials are not included, we’ll send you a list of what to bring ahead of time.
- For sewing classes: if you're bringing your own machine, please make sure it’s in working order and that you know how to thread it.
⏰ Arrivals & Late Policy
- Please arrive 5–10 minutes early so we can start on time.
- If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to catch you up - and refunds will not be issued.
👧 Age Requirements
- Our classes are designed for adults, but students 16+ may attend with a registered adult.
- We do not currently offer classes for children under 16, but check out our local partners for kid-friendly options!
♿ Accessibility
- If you have specific accessibility needs, please reach out in advance so we can do our best to accommodate.
- Our studio is [add info here - wheelchair accessible, stairs, restroom details, etc.].
🎥 Photos & Social Media
- We occasionally take photos during class to use on our website or social media.
- If you prefer not to be photographed, please let us know at the beginning of class.
- You’re welcome to take your own photos - just be respectful of your classmates’ privacy.

We’re committed to creating a welcoming, inclusive, and respectful environment. We do not tolerate discrimination, harassment, or disruptive behavior. Anyone violating this policy may be asked to leave without a refund.
